What a great dance for a great cause!
The 2019 Dance-A-Thon was held on Friday, September 20 at Gateway Academy in Phoenix. This inclusive event brings local organizations who support I/DD as well as community members together in a fun atmosphere of dance, music, food, and activities..
The Dance-A-Thon is a fundraiser for Civitan Foundation. Donations are accepted on-line where family and friends support a FUN-Raiser. Participants registered for the dance and then shared their unique pages with family and friends via social media. The more money a FUN-Raiser collected the more opportunities they had to win prizes. The funds go directly to acquire any needed equipment or expand a program or service benefiting the members of Civitan Foundation.
