Civitan Foundation, Inc. is a DES/DDD (Division of Developmental Disabilities) Qualified Vendor. We are licensed to provide DTA, DTS, GSE, CBE, ISE, Pre-ETS, HAH, ATC and RSP programs and services.
Licensed Culinary Kitchen
Permit from the Environmental Services Dept., Maricopa County for Food Processor, Food Catering and E&D.
Staff Certifications
Civitan Foundation, Inc. staff are required to complete specialized training prior to employment, based on the Department of Economic Security/Division of Developmental Disabilities requirements.
All employees must receive:
- • Complete and maintain Article IX training related to the rights of people with disabilities
- • Obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- • Complete and maintain current CPR and First Aid Certification
- • Complete and maintain other appropriate training including Prevention & Supports, Medication training, Disability Awareness, as required per employee’s specific position
